- 16 oz silken tofu
- 2 t cinnamon
- 2/3 c honey
- 1 t nutmeg
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 t each allspice, ginger, cloves
- 1 3/4 c pumpkin (1 can)
- 1/4 t salt
- Blend tofu till smooth, add other ingredients and blend.
- Pour into 9" pie shell, and bake 1 hour at 400°.
