Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cans dark cherries, with juice
- 2 cans slices peaches, drained and cut in chunks
- 1 c dried apricots
- 1/2 c prunes
- 1 1/2 T orange rind
- 1 1/2 T lemon rind
- 1/2 c orange juice
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- Bake for 1 hr at 300°, finish another 15 minutes at 325°, then cool.
